IPL IS GRATE COURSE OF EVENT MANAGEMENT…..

I was closely observed last six season of IPL, and every time I found this is a great course of Event Management. I found all moves in IPL are designed as a mega event. Most of celebrities, leading entrepreneur, business man & corporate houses are found on the ground. It is quite interesting to see all them on one stage.

There are many act in IPL are contradict with the basic principle of Cricket, but it is made easy with the help of event management. I found many changes or innovative ideas in the recent season of IPL. Many innovative ideas which help to promote or endorsement of product. Even the many angles of camera are set to catch the product endorsement or person endorsement, it is quite interesting. Also the player’s jerseys are full of product endorsement and it is new lesson for “DRESS DESIGNING”.  The way players has to be selected or I said not selected it is purchased on the bases of their brand value & no. of advertisement. It is totally draft as an EVENT. 

All the participating teams in IPL have one or more corporate house as father, and many celebrities as supporters. All teams have their own home ground & the ground is full of product promotion or advertisement.

It is really a great course or lesson for me a student of management. This kind of mega event provides employment for small scale entrepreneur. The local level arties got a chance to perform their art on such event. Many more things which will help to generate the employment on local level. It will help to boost the economy.

Most important is the new format of Cricket. The basic cricket is totally changed and it converted into a small 2 to 3 hour format. Duration is specifically considered while making changes in the cricket. Also more excitement and thrill are to be seen during a match.

Over all is, while looking towards the viewer ship of Cricket, organizer has create a fully entertaining package of Cricket, where you enjoy the excitement, thrill, celebrities touch, personal involvement and many more things. I know there is hardly a cricket but also I look towards it as a great course of learning. It will help me to understand “HOW TO CREATE AN EVENT”.
