AGM Meeting on 26th Aug 2012

On 26^th Aug 2012, we had 1^st Annual General Meeting of Maha Agri Youth Association (MAYA). It was a great experience to meet all my friends who are willing to do something for agriculture. Meeting was held at Pune. We all co-founders of association were gathering together with a special motive for this meeting. Although it was a review meeting but I think we achieve more than expectation.  I do accept, from last few moth team was meet very few time in year, but this meeting was a special event.

For any social organization I believe emotional attachment or emotional bounding is important between all members & with organization even. And such gathering will help the organization. Hence Team MAYA was planning this meeting. The meeting was held as per schedule and the outcome was 100%.

All present co-founders were sharing their view about association, development of association & future of association. With these discussions many ideas come out for the development of Maha Agri Youth Association. As a part of Team MAYA I would like to assure all you that we will defiantly work on the ideas & view about MAYA.   

As per schedule organization inaugurate the annual theme “Scholar to Professional” for year 2012-13 by Dr. Dhanaji Mali, the Student councils member of MPKV, Rahuri. As well as we launch the “Maha Agri Horizon” cover page of book soon published by MAYA. Also honor to meet a young entrepreneur Mr. Pravin Sanap, we had a good dialog with him about has nursery business & about Nursery Industry. Over all the day was nice with such an energy people & enjoyed lot with them. I was great learning process for me. Thank you.

Maha Agri Network(MAN)

I am eager to introduce you with MAN i.e. Maha Agri Network, the network for the upcoming generation of agriculture. It is the knowledge bridge between student& experts from agriculture. This organization starts with specific motive that to divert more students towards agriculture as a career & work for the welfare of agriculture youth. When I was studying in B.Sc. (agriculture) at Beed, I face lots of problems regarding with my career, my future, about campus placements & about higher studies in agriculture. I always search somebody who guides me. My teachers are well enough to provide me knowledge, but I always scared for my future. Even I share these things with my friends & classmates but nobody able to give solution to my queries. Later I joined Post Graduation Program at Pune & meet with friends who face the same problem like me. I always feel, that there is a need of somebody who guide us properly, who show my strengths & weaknesses. Today when we look back we feel to do something for agriculture Because of profession we travel many parts of nation & specifically meet with student, they share same problem with us, by understanding such problems we all friends come together & as a moral responsibility towards society we started this organization. This organization gives opportunities to student to explore their skill with different activities. These different activities will furnish the skills of students, and hence we are carrying a tag line “germinating experts…”
