Lets speak about Budget 2013-14

Pre-election budget proposed by congress led UPA government today. The budget is decorated with many attractions for women, youth & poor people in India. Some extent it is good, but this budget does not bring Indian economy on right track. Government fails to that. Government fails to retain the growth rate, & it comes to down at 4.8 points for 2013-14. Also all borrowings are increases, subsidies for petroleum 6500 billion rupees for 2013-14 and subsidies for food increases to 900 billion rupees for 2013-14. India facing many challenges for getting back on potential growth point 8.  India's greater worry is the current account deficit - will need more than $75 billion this year and next year to fund deficit.

Two taxies are introduced to one for rich taxpayers with annual income more than 10 million & other To increase surcharge to 10 point on domestic companies with annual income of more than 100 million rupees. Corporate sector & market is totally disappointed by the budget 2013-14. For power & energy Zero customs duty for electrical plants and machinery, To equalise duties on steam and bituminous coal to 2 point customs duty and 2 point cvd (countervailing duty). In foreign tread to cut duty on exports of precious and semi-precious stones to 2 point from 10 point. As well as in agriculture even government not satisfied farmers. For rural development 801.94 billion rupees and 270.84 billion rupees allocated to agriculture for 2013-14.
Overall budget was not satisfied to expectation of common man, farmers, student, youth and all level of the people of this nation.  but three important announcement for women, youth & poor people for women "NIRBHAYA FUND" of 1000 crore, "NATIONAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION" for youth of 1000crore & Direct benefit transfer scheme for 11 lack poor beneficiaries in india.
