I think leader should be……..




I always think how a leadership develops… or I a leader made. Leaders should not made in heaven  they are common man, they are among us.
Person should have many characters which help him to create a “Leader”. I personally believe the leader should have most important character that he must be from the people or group of person to whom he is representing. Leader must have magic character to create leaders not followers. He always believed in united working not on the individual working. He must well know about his team & team members, he have to know about their problem, their positive & negative point, their strength & weakness. And most important think is how to use these things in the interest of the common goal. He has to well understand geography of his team.    
Leader should know about the team motivation & he should able to motivate his team by using all motivational technique. Good communication or I said he cans comfortable talk in the language of his team. Communication always takes an important part in the team building. 70 percent team performs is depends up on proper communication & 30 percent on other measures. So he must be good communicator. Not only communication he must be good listener.
Leader should be good teacher & he is able to guide his follower properly. He must have good knowledge about his work & he must be clear about his team goal & objective. He must commit to the common objective & goal of his team. His commitment & dedication about goal & objective will result in the team performance.

Leader has to be creative & innovative. He must welcome new ideas & new work. He must be progressive thinker. New ideas & creativity will help to up the performance of team. New ideas & creativity will able to solve the problem faster than traditional way. Also Innovative ideas will help to motivate the team. Creativity & innovation is kind of motivation for team. Also he has to appreciate his subordinate for new ideas & their work.
Leader must be open about thought & thinking. He must ready to accept his drawback & negative think. He must be responsible for all kind of failure or loss of his team. As well as he must ready to analysis his failure & learn from it.
He must be visionary & know to drive his team properly. His vision & mission always in the interest of team & team members.  He has a good decision maker. Successful leaders have mastered the art of politicking and thus don’t waste their time on issues that disrupt momentum.  He know how to make 30 decisions in 30 minutes.
He must be enjoying the responsibility as a leader. Successful leaders love being leaders – not for the sake of power but for the meaningful and purposeful impact they can create.   When you have reached a senior level of leadership – it’s about your ability to serve others and this can’t be accomplished unless you genuinely enjoy what you do.
And most important he is always stands first or front in the team while working & at the time of appreciation he always be a last in the team.
I believe that leaders never born they must be created by experience & situation. Great leadership depends upon these factors but these factors do not responsible for creation of a great leader.
